2. Appointment Policy

Please arrive on time; late arrivals may reduce treatment time.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in shortened, rescheduled, or late-cancellation treatment.

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

24 hours’ notice required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations (<24h) may incur $30 fee.
No-shows may incur $30 fee.
Saved Card on File may be charged with authorization.

5. Card on File Authorization

By saving a card, you authorize Kiana Beauty Skin to charge it for:

- Deposits
- Outstanding balances
- Late cancellation/no-show fees

6. Deposits and Prepaid Appointments

Certain services or packages may require deposit/full prepayment.
Deposits applied to total cost.
Non-refundable if late cancellation, missed, or rescheduled.

Completed services are non-refundable.
Retail products may be returned within 14 days if unopened and unused.

Defective items may be exchanged within 14 days.
